COASTA offers a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when products are used under normal and intended conditions.

  • 5 years on Forged Wheel Spacers & alloy steel wheel bolts
  • 1 year on Leveling spacers and accessories
  • 1 year warranty on Tubular Steel Upper Control Arms and Billet Aluminium Upper Control Arms and 6 months on its accessories
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of sale to the end customer, as shown on the authorized dealer or retailer invoice.

What’s not covered in warranty 

  • Incorrect installation, improperly installed, operated/maintained, misuse, neglect, accidents, or poor maintenance
  • Modified or altered products to change its intended use.
  • Damage caused by installing incompatible parts or accessories
  • Labor, installation/removal, towing, storage, shipping damages, or any other indirect damages
  • injuries or damages caused by incorrect product use
  • accidental or consequential damages

Before filing a warranty claim, you must ensure that the problem is not caused by any of the above listed limitations or exclusions. If an inspection is performed and the product is working properly, you will be responsible for the associated shipping expense. Invoice is required only when a warranty claim is made. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective product or component, at its discretion.

Warranty Claims: To raise a warranty claim, the following are required

  • Valid dealer or retailer invoice
  • Valid End customer details
  • Part Number and Batch numbers in the invoice
  • Product photos
  • Verifiable batch or serial number
  • Note: Claims without proper documentation may be rejected.
  • Warranty applies only to products sold by authorized dealers, retailers, or directly by AKISAW
  • Replacement products do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
  • Contact the dealer you purchased from, or AKISAW directly
  • Dealer/Retailer or End Customer must use this

    form

    to start the warranty claim process.
  • If the product is found defective and under warranty, AKISAW will repair or replace it. 
  • Shipping costs to AKISAW are paid by the customer
  • No implied warranties beyond what is stated
  • Warranty rights may vary depending on local laws
